Annual 5 % Utility Bill Increase Effective February 1’st, 2024 per Resolution # 410.
Gates at Upper Shop across from TRVCC will be locked on Weekends for Security Reasons. Please note that the small gate will be open for residents ONLY to use dumpsters. The dumpsters are under video surveillance as per sign posted – dumpsters are for PAYING CUSTOMERS only. The dumpsters are NOT a landfill – please be mindful and take “landfill loads” to Sheridan.
